THANK YOU isn’t big enough but thank you for the best customer service we’ve ever received!  I’ll let a lot of people know, starting with the PT who comes twice weekly to work on balance with my husband.  Jay, the PT, is the one who urged us to contact you to get 1-piece Nordic walking poles.

The information and printed instructions you’ve sent is very helpful,  motivating and inspiring.  I’m sure I’ll refer to it often and pass it on.
