Nordic Walking Poles For Long-Term Diabetes Control

These Poles are the cornerstone of my long-term diabetes control.  For me , as I live in the Myrtle beach area since fully retired 13 years back and discovered Nordic Walking, for exercise, posture, and do some extend body building fantastic. But more than anything else , weather permitting, I use daily for the absolute necessity of burning calories for my 30-year comorbidities. These walking sticks have helped me stay alive, now closing in on 79. This is my personal experience and the discipline I follow. I cannot speak for anyone else.
